Brindle, Septimus

Dancer from Wyresdale, Lancashire.  Born c. 1889.

He was a regular performer of the Greensleeves dance and was able to provide a complete notation.  He recalled step dancing, both in boots and clogs, his mother being a particularly good exponent of the Brush Dance and the Frog Dance.
