Dancing master from near Preston, Lancashire. Probably operating 1898-1905.
He is recalled as running classes in Claderdale, Lancashire where he taught ballroom dancing, including all the latest dances such as the Veleta. He included ballroom etiquette in his classes which were held during the winter months.
