Dancing through the Hoop

Demonstration dance, known from oral tradition in Cumbria. On one occasion danced by 7 girls.  Different from the Hoop Dance which formed part of the repertoire of several dancing masters in the same area.

Known from the repertoire of Stainton Robinson of Windermere.
