Wallace, Elizabeth

Dancing mistress from Kilmarnock. Her father, Joseph Wallace and her grandfather, Joseph Wallace snr were also dancing masters as was her uncle Sandy Porter, all teaching in the Kilmarnock area. She was teaching in the 1950s.

Jockey Dance (as Jockey’s Hornpipe)
Miss Gayton’s Hornpipe – for which she provided a notation.
