Her aunt, E. Robinson had attended classes run by Robert Carson Robinson.
She herself attended classes run by Stainton Robinson perhaps at the Lakeside Hall Windermere in about 1897. She was able to describe the classes in some detail.
She later went to Old Jos Robinson’s dance classes in Satterthwaite. She was able to provide a notation for the Hoop Dance.
